Speakers from Brazil, USA, Bangladesh, Netherlands, Japan and Germany will gain an insight into the architectural, cultural, biological and social diversity of the living space concerning children and young people in schools and day care centers worldwide.

The participants meet for a boat tour. With a buffet dinner, music and the skyline of Berlin at night everyone can enjoy good discussions and get to know the city with personal impressions.
The boat starts punctually at 06.45 pm next to the S-Bahn station Friedrichstraße. The journey takes about 3 hours and ends at 10.00 pm at the same spot S-Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse.

We will introduce and discuss the schoolyard and kindergarten diversity of Berlin to the attendees from all over the world during 5 different bus excursions.

The so called IGA-Campus and the Naturerfahrungsraum „Play Station unplugged“ will be introduced to all conference attendees within the frame of the „IGA“ international gardening exhibition Berlin 2017

The Otto Wels Primary School has started to redesign its school ground. We will see large areas of the school court in the initial state and smaller already redesigned. The participants will be involved with their workshops into the design processes and create a step further into progression of the project.
Lunch in the Gardens of princesses (Prinzessinnengärten ) followed by a tour through the urban garden. The Initiative Gardens of princesses (Prinzessinnengärten) are in charge of garden projects in schools and kindergartens.
